[Koha] can you use apt-get install or synaptic package manager for 3.2.6?

I've been trying to obtain the 3.2.6 package. The koha community wiki is
useless. Nothing there has helped with apt-get. The site they direct you to
won't work with apt-get. I've also tried to configure synaptic package
manager to retrieve, but can't seem to get the repository identified
correctly. This doesn't find anything, for example:
http://debian.koha-community.org/koha/dists/ squeeze main . Can anyone give
me either the full apt-get install command or give me the complete, correct
formulation for the third party repositories that would enable synaptic to
retrieve the packages? I know I can install this manually, but that's not
the point. I know this should work using apt-get or synaptic and I'm bound
and determined to accomplish that. Help! Please.
