It's a Debian package, but AFAIK it should work fine with Ubuntu, and
besides being easy, the end result is better than most could get doing
it from source.

See the wiki at koha-community.org for initial setup of your package
management configuration.

Once you've got hooked up to the repository, download the package and
look at the README.debian file.
