[Koha] Problem circulation records

Interesting, this just proves how important it is for users to get involved
and file bugs ;)

If bugs for both of these had been filed they would be fixed now, but dont
despair, there is still time.

If they get filed, Ill make it my mission to get the fixes included in the
3.4.0 release, and if you do it fast, you might hit the 3.2.7 release.

So my challenge to you and Nora is to file the bugs and my challenge to the
developers is to fix them before the 8th.
