[Koha] Purchase Suggestions

Dear Koha USers,

I could make purchase suggestions as the message displays:
Software error:

Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at
/usr/share/koha/intranet/cgi-bin/suggestion/suggestion.pl line 175.

 For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster at madhura-desktop),
giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

What should i do?
