[Koha] Bulk imports and authorities

I don't believe the order of import matters too much, since the
bulkmarcimport script won't automatically do the linking for you.  They will
need to be loaded separately, since you have to use a different switch to do
biblios than authorities. (-a for authorities, -b or nothing for biblios)

You'll need to run link_bibs_to_authorities.pl after both have been imported
to get them connected.  This will take a pretty long time, depending on the
number of biblios you have.
