[Koha] intranet library set incorrectly

Hi there

I am using Koha 3.0.06, Debian Lenny.

My organisation has two libraries, University Library and Children's Library.

Can anyone suggest why, when I log into the intranet as a staff
member, the library set in the top right corner of the screen is
always the Children's Library? The staff members all have their home
library set to University Library.
