Henri, yes it is tricky, but here is our current plan:

Acquisitions - currency, discounts, charges [SEPT]
Serials - binding loose issues [SEPT]
Analytical Records/Article Indexing [OCT]
Acquisitions - Approvals [NOV]
Acquisitions - Payments [NOV]
SDI [DEC]
Integrating Subscriptions with Acquistions [JAN]
