[Koha] Where discuss RFCs ?

My initial goal in posting the Analytics Record support RFC was to get
people talking, and it looks like in that, I'm successful. Now we just need
to decide where to hold the conversation.

I think that for asking questions and coordinating work, we can do that on
the main Koha list. I recommend this over devel list, since we want to get
non developers providing their thoughts and requirements

For enumerating new additions/modifications to the open spec, we should use
the wiki. I have no problem with others editing the original RFC, but maybe
starting out on the talk page is the best way to go, so we can collect our
thoughts before editing the 'core' document.

Once we're underway with actual coding, nitty-gritty details of how to make
this work should go to the devel list, or come up on IRC.

Sound good?

I hope everyone who has ideas on how to make this development better will
free to speak up and help us improve the spec. I really want to help build
something that'll work for all kinds of Koha libraries the world over, but I
can't presume to know what all those libraries may require without feedback.

Cheers,

-Ian
