[Koha] Koha 3.2 Error FIXED importing records from z39.50 search results

Just reporting.
This error (below) was fixed when, following directions from Nitesh,
we switched the mysql my.cnf to unicode.

7.2 ) Add the following 3 lines in the section [mysqld]
$ sudo vim /etc/mysql/my.cnf
( add theses lines)
default-character-set = utf8
character-set-server = utf8
skip-character-set-client-handshake
