[Koha] items non-public notes

Linda,

It is stored in the db because I see it when I go to edit items, but
it doesn't seem to be printing to the staff client with or without
XSLT turned on. Sounds like a bug to me.  I'll report this, but maybe
someone knows of an easy fix.
