[Koha] Sample Serial Subscriptions

Hello all,

There is a section in the manual that I think could be much more
valuable if some of you would share some sample data with me.

This page includes 2 sample serial subscriptions and would be much
better if I could add other troublesome subscriptions that you have
worked out in your systems.
