To summarize, the OPAC is over 99% translated and the staff interface
is about 60% translated.  To contribute to the translation effort (and
thanks!), I suggest that you do the following:

* Subscribe to the koha-translate mailing list:

http://lists.koha-community.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/koha-translate

* Get an account on http://translate.koha.org/ and request access to
start adding translations

The previous translation manager (Chris Cormack) and the incoming
translation manager (Frédéric Demians) would both be happy to help you
get started.
