[Koha] Koha opacSerialDefaultTab

Many of the preferences in that tab are under scrutiny:

Until I'm told for sure what really belongs there and what doesn't
(and in my opinion nothing but prefs created locally belong there) I'm
not putting them in the manual - because some of them aren't even used
in the code (which is my understanding).

That preference you're referring to though - I don't see it on my
local use tab at all in Koha 3.2 final.
