[Koha] Support for Nicole Engard

I support MJ Ray's suggestion in setting KohaCon10's motto to be "I support
Nicole"

No body in their right mind can deny the great work and dedication that
Nicole has been putting behind the noble cause of OSS in general and Koha in
particular during the past years. Keep up the great work Nicole. Speaking in
behalf Arabic Koha's users in the Middle East, we are all behind you!
