[Koha] Koha custom search engine

Just a disclaimer - we use Google to search the manual on the Koha site and
it doesn't quite work - we think it's the way the page URLs are generated
and hope to resolve that sometime in the future.  I'm going to assume that
this custom search engine also won't quite find all that's in the manual,
but I like the idea and have added a few more sites to the list (including
the wiki).
