[Koha] error with search.pl

Dear All,
                        i had been running koha sucessfully for the past
few months when i got this error last week.tried to fix it but having
problems.hope somebody could help me with a solution.The error occurs when i
search for an item in OPAC.the Apache error log for your reference.
