[Koha] enter batch of biblio records

It's probably easier for you if you take your CSV and convert it to
MARC using a tool like MarcEdit
(http://people.oregonstate.edu/~reeset/marcedit/html/index.php) and
then use the built in import tools in Koha
(http://koha-community.org/documentation/3-2-manual/?ch=x5046).
