[Koha] [koha 3.2] oai-pmh problem

Actually I solved the problem a bit similar way.

I searched for the bug, but didn;t get it, so I changed the code and instead
of using C4::Context->config('intranetdir'), I used
"/usr/share/koha/intranet/htdocs/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/xslt/ and this solved
the problem.

I know that this is not a viable solution, but it worked for me, and the
patch also does the same perhaps.
