[Koha] SIP2 for 3M smart chute

NEKLS does not have sorters, only automated check in chutes and self-check machines. I"m guessing you will need further development work in order to make them work.

I might suggest, however, that you put your money towards porting all of the existing SIP functionality to NCIP, instead of fixing up SIP, if your equipment supports it.
