You can make use liblive cd from following link to try koha and dbwiz together.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/liblivecd/

Dbwiz, Koha and Dspace pre-installed with this live cd.

This live cd developed bu Dr. ARD Prasad, DRTC, India.
