[Koha] what is 'j - shelving control number' on the item record

Nicole,

Subfield "j" is from the MARC 21 Format for Holdings, field 852 "Location".

Shelving control number that is used as the shelving scheme for an item. The
first indicator position contains value 4 (Shelving control number).

Perhaps authorized values need to be created if a library wants to use $j in
the Koha item record?
