[Koha] Help needed in KOHA 3.0.3

We have migrated from ISIS databases without any problem with barcodes 
in the past...  I have outlined the process in this guide  (it's a bit 
old and it's only in spanish, but maybe it can help you) Basically, it 
requires using a PFT format to print the records to a text file and then 
using MarcEdit to load that text file and convert it to a marc file.
