Try this:

1. Verify that zebrasrv is running: '$ps -ef | grep zebra'

2. As your kohauser run migration_tools/rebuild_zebra.pl -r -a -b -v

3. Post any errors in the output here.

4. Test your search again if the re-index is successful.
