Would you mind sharing step-by-step how you managed to embed and ebook and a
video in Koha?

If there is the capability, you can even have fun and embed them. Here's a
couple of things I've played with:

(An ebook I created from Project Gutenberg and placed into Issuu)

I don't know if I like this or not, but when people see them, they think
it's pretty cool. It's the way some of these APIs and similar methods to
make mashups can function. You can still do the full-screen view and
everything.
