[Koha] Two minor web site tweaks

I propose two minor web site tweaks.

The http://koha-community.org/about/ page mentions "For a comprehensive
overview of features visit the Koha feature map." at the end of the
second paragraph in the main text. Could the words "feature map" be
turned into a link to the feature map? (Where is the map, anyway?)

The http://koha-community.org/download-koha/ page does not mention the
Koha license. It is customary for free software projects to mention the
license, so people do not need to download the software to check what it
is. A paragraph like the one below could be added to the top of the page
(between "Download Koha" and "Koha requirements"):

Koha is free software and is licensed under the GNU General
Public License, either version 2 of the License, or (at your
        option) any later version.

Would these changes be acceptable?
