Hi - please don't send HTML email to lists.

http://translate.koha-community.org/ta/ says it is 10% translated.
I think that may be the first thing needing help.

This link says how to add languages at installation time
http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Installation_of_additional_languages_for_OPAC_and_INTRANET_staff_client
but needs a "Add additional languages after the installation" section
still.  Basically, I think you need to run install-code.pl then copy
the new files to your Koha installation, but I've not checked my notes.
