[Koha] Items for bulk ebook MARC records

There is a MarcEdit tutorial for this in the manual:
http://koha-community.org/documentation/3-2-manual/?ch=a9384 (which
has been updated and will be published on Sunday).  I am also working
on a MarcEdit appendix with other tutorials like this.
