[Koha] Collecting Money as a Group

I just found this new tool (I know there are others already in
exisitence - but thought I'd share this one too) that lets you get
together as a group to raise funds for things.

This might be something that Koha users might want to look at to share
expenses for dev costs.  It's still very new - private beta - but you
know me, I like sharing things I find.
