[Koha] implementation estimate

I think it will vary hugely from one installation to another.  We're
in the process now, and from what I can see if you have clean data and
it converts easily to MARC, and your system is fairly simple, it
shouldn't take that long.  The dirtier the data, the more awkward the
conversion, and the more complex your system is, the longer it will
take to set up and test.
Sadly, our collection falls into the messy end of the spectrum and I'm
not anticipating having anything up before June.  But then I only work
here 2 days a week and our IT guru is a volunteer.
