[Koha] Making Patron's Card Design

On the subject of a third party for your patron card design, we have used kbarcode for years now (because we never could get the koha barcodes to work :-(  ) (http://kbarcode.net/) 
It is very powerful, designed to run under kde, but runs very nicely on gnome as well. The name is a bit misleading, but you can easily make patron cards with it, with all the information you possibly could want, it is very versatile. We use an extra table in the koha database to extract information. Hope that helps you,
