[Koha] fun thing to do -- bar code scanner using cheap web cam

ChrisC suggested the idea the other day and later I ran across--

just needs some clever and bored person to do some integration and
suddenly Koha gets cheap easy bar code scanner

(I'd take a stab at this myself but don't have a reliable set up.)
