[Koha] Unwanted symbol in cataloging sheet

Dear Friends,

I just installed Koha latest version 3.02.02.

I found a strange "?" symbol in cataloging data entry sheet.
Thisquestion mark symbol appear adjacent to MARC field number.

Another problem is that, field 100 Author seems locked.
I changed the parameters in System Preferences > Authorities > Biblio
Addauthorities
But it still seems locked.

I would like to hear a solution from you,
