[Koha] Texting Overdue Notices

Greetings all!

I've been told that Koha isn't able to send overdue notices as text messages
to cell phones, but that it can send other notices (such as hold filled
notifications, item due reminders, etc.) as text messages to cell phones.

Is this information correct?
