[Koha] Fwd: Help me complete Koha 2.2.9 implemetantion

My friends, I am very delighted that you responded very positively and
constructively.

I just stumbled on Koha 2.2.9 on Internet as I was looking for an Open
Source Software we can use for our College library.

Which Open Source Integrated Library Software can you recommend for me
that can run on Windows XP or  2003  since we have not yet migrated to
Linux or Ubuntu?

I will be glad if you also cited some useful sites for the necessary
documentations.
