[Koha] Adding of bibliographic record into KOHA 2.2.9

I hope friends can help me solved the problem with adding bibliographic
record and trying to go to the items . I have created a Bibliographic
record and I am sure it meets the standards of cataloguing using MARC21
rules. My problem is when adding bibliographic record and trying to go to
the items the system takes a lot of time without either showing that the
bibliographic record was successfully added. I work with KOHA 2.2.9. on a
Windows Platform if any one has the way out please share your input on
this.
