[Koha] Batch item deletion using a file

This sounds like it might be a known bug:

To work around it you could try saving your barcodes file using a text
editor which allows you to specify UNIX line endings. Notepad++ is a
good free editor which you could try.

Hopefully my patch for that bug will get approved and it will be fixed
in the next version.
