[Koha] Unable to add new Item Types

help you.  I personally know nothing of that release so I can't help.
Official Koha releases can be found here:
http://koha-community.org/download-koha/ and as I said 3.0.6 and 3.2
Beta do not have the issue you seem to be having.  Maybe someone else
on the list can help.
