[Koha] Zebra problem...

Does anyone know if there's an issue with Zebra and a specific version
of YAZ 3.0.52? Or 

Perhaps a firewall issue? 

Keep getting the 109 error....Can't figure this out. Any help greatly
appreciated. Thanks.
