[Koha] Authorities--yes

Not me exclusively -- I wish!  Even in a large consortia, there may
only be one or two libraries that use authorities.  And even then,
they might not always maintain them.

What's heartening is that OCLC isn't the only place to get authority
standards from:
https://biblios.net/can-i-access-authority-files-‡bibliosnet  (Not
that anyone here would be interested.  Heh.)

Add to wish list: "Release authority work earlier than soon."  Done.  ;-)
