I answered, but I think the long list 15? 20? items for the goals of the 
Foundations is too hard to fill. I choose 5 or 6 carefully, then, my 
ordering means (almost) nothing. Giving a ranking (1-10 for example) 
would be easier to fill, and easier to compile results.
