Thank you Galen. For our first install, memcached is not all that
important. Our second implementation will be for our bookmobiles and
they will benefit from the memcached support.

Memcached support is currently optional, so you may safely leave those
lines commented out.  Ultimately (and by ultimately I mean likely
after the release of 3.2), though, memcached will become an important
part of ensuring good performance for large, high-transaction-volume
Koha database.
