[Koha] Advance notifications

Hi folks, 
I seem to have a small problem with advance notifications (Am running Koha 3.2). The recipients are just receiving a notification without listing the items. It looks like this:

Dear.XXXXXX,
The following items will be due soon:
<<items.content>>
Items are not listed.
What could be wrong here?
