[Koha] field 700 problem

Your Koha version is somewhat out of date now. Try testing a more recent
version. Currently, the stable release is at 3.0.3. If your problem
persists, you should report this as a bug at http://bugs.koha.org/
including the more helpful description of the problem which you gave in
your current message.
Problems similar to the one which you seem to be describing do reoccur for
the internal Koha record editor. The Biblios record editor is an
alternative which can be integrated into Koha, http://biblios.org/ .
