[Koha] Zebra indexing question‏

Hi
i was sent from 2 weeks i can't run rubuild zebra from user root , is that mean i can't run this job from root user . can i have more explain to this point , i can't rebulid zebra from cdon job i using this command from root user and tring it from koha user .. no changing . any help

KOHA_CONF=/etc/koha/koha-conf.xml

## rebuild zebra
