Looking at your LCCN call number format: 'BV 4501.2 .L82 1991' it
appears your catalogers insert a space which the algorithm does not
anticipate between 'BV' and '4501.2.'

The fix is trivial and I'll submit a patch for it in the next few days.

Great as it is not clear why the bibs are not printing correctly.
