[Koha] Fines Calculation not working

Hello all.

I am using Koha 3.0.3 on Debian Lenny. I have set up a running library but
I'm having problems with fine calculation. I have set the due date to 2008
and maximum days for fine to 5 days, yet it is not calculating the fine.

Here is how my settings look like:
