Hi all,

MJ, how did I know you wouldn't be happy about my choice to use the 
Google-opoly?  ;)

I went with it because I was asked to get a list up quickly to 
facilitate planning for the next meeting.  We used mailman in the past 
to manage the list but from what I've read it's a bear to get it to 
cooperate with the mail server software we're presently using.  I 
haven't had a chance to attempt installing it.  I knew not everyone 
would be pleased with this choice, but considered it a temporary 
solution.  If anyone else wants to host the list, that's fine with me.

Also, I couldn't find an option anywhere to enable subscribing via 
email.  Sorry about that.
