[Koha] ubuntu install problem

hi 
when i going to install koha on ubuntu 9 i got to problem
1- cpan[1]> force install DBD::mysql
CPAN: Storable loaded ok (v2.18)
Going to read /home/alaa/.cpan/Metadata
  Database was generated on Wed, 11 Nov 2009 11:27:05 GMT
CPAN: YAML loaded ok (v0.70)
Going to read /home/alaa/.cpan/build/
............................................................................DONE
Found 2 old builds, restored the state of 2
Running install for module 'DBD::mysql'
Running make for C/CA/CAPTTOFU/DBD-mysql-4.013.tar.gz
  Has already been unwrapped into directory /home/alaa/.cpan/build/DBD-mysql-4.013-nz6D47
  '/usr/bin/perl Makefile.PL INSTALLDIRS=site' returned status 512, won't make
Running make test
  Make had some problems, won't test
Running make install
  Make had some problems, won't install
2- i did'nt found install_misc/ubuntu.packages

please help me soon
