i use koha 2.2.5
mysql 5
apache 2.2.3
i think i have problem with mysql , when i restart the mysql service the system working well and it back to hang again

Hi every body :
when i tray to add new barcode my system is hang out and when i tried to add it again i found it already exist and when i search for this barcode i didn't found it 
and i don't know how to delete it   
please help me
