[Koha] Zebra Indexer can't make it on update

Dear list

I have managed to insert a large amount of bibliographic data to the 
koha database without serious problems. My data are exported from a 
Horizon system (Marc21, utf8 encoding during export). Now when i try to 
reindex I get the following warnings:

searching for the problem, I suppose now that one of my records seems to 
have problem, and particularly the one following 12254. Unfortunately I 
cannot understand what 12254 stands for, so that i can find the 
corresponding record and correct or delete it. Could anybody help please?
